General conditions and
reductions
All prices are per person and day in a double room with half board for a stay of at least 3 days. We ask you for a written reservation and a deposit of € 100 per person. All reserved rooms will be charged if you arrive late or leave early. Rooms are available after 1 pm on arrival day and we ask you to vacate your room before 11 am on departure day.

20% reduction for adults and children who stay in a 3 or 4 bedded room.  Kids
(in their parents room):
Children till 3 years: 15,00 € per day.
Children over 3 years: reduction of 20%.
From 04h March 2009 to 11th March 2009 and from 10th April 2009 to
01st May 2009: Reduction of 20% for children up to the age of 12 sleeping in their parents room.
From 11th March 2009 to 10th April 2009
During this time children up to the age of 8 can stay in their parents room for free. Children aged from 8 to 12 years get a reduction of 50%.
Payment: You
can pay cash or with credit card (MasterCard, Visa, CartaSi, ... exception:
we do not accept AmericanExpress and DinersClub). Pets: We
can not accept pets.
What happens if you have to cancel your holiday?
For cancellations up to 7 days before date of arrival we have a charge of 100,00 Euros per person. If you have to cancel within 7 days you will be charged the full amount for your holiday (Italian law). If a guest cancels his room on the day of arrival or doesn't turn up, he will be charged for the room for the period that he had booked. The same applies to guests leaving early, they will be charged for the whole period they booked.
We advise our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance, which can also be booked with us.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
The insurance must be booked when reserving your room, and you
will receive the bill when you leave. For only 2,00 Euros per
person and day, you are covered for all cancellation costs
occurred by accidents, illness or death of the person insured,
children, parents or grand parents. Naturally we do need written
confirmation. Travel cancellation insurance is only necessary for
adults. Children sleeping in parents' rooms are not charged for.
If you decide to take out travel cancellation insurance we will
confirm the price in your confirmation and you will not have to
pay the regular deposit of 100,00 Euros.

Winter-Highlights
 SOUTH TYROLEAN CHRISTMAS MARKETS
in December in Bruneck, Brixen, Meran and Lienz (Austria):
Slowly walking through the narrow lanes in the villages and towns and enjoying the atmosphere and the enticing smells of Christmas while the first snowflakes fall.
The Christmas markets with their small wooden huts and many ideas for Christmas presents are an inviting sight for both young and old. Here you are bound to find a suitable gift for your loved ones. Feeling cold? Warm up with a glass of hot apple cinnamon tea or mulled wine.
The Christmas markets in December in Bozen, Brixen, Meran, Bruneck and Lienz (Austria) also have fringe programmes for both children and adults.
The swimming pool Aquafun in Innichen is a great place to end a day on the slopes.

 Have a holiday from your
car.
There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel with connections to all the nearby ski slopes and cross-country skiing. Use your guest card for a reduction in price on the bus.
Want to experience something different on holiday?
Then what about our "Mountain Hut Evening" and torch light snowshoe walk which we offer once a week in the late afternoon so that you don't loose a day on the slopes.
Mountain Hut Magic: we take the lift up to a mountain hut where we spend a pleasant evening together and then come down the mountain either on a toboggan or a motor sleigh.

to the  Lerschach Chapel with Alexander. Don't worry about getting cold; we have plenty of hot tea and mulled wine to warm you up!
Naturally there is no extra cost for these services, just extra winter fun. On
request we organize hot-air-balloon-flights at the price of
