Franz Josef loves cooking and food! He is also a certified diet and wellness chef.

Your stay at the Hotel Rosengarten will be delighted with many culinary highlights. Our chef Franz Josef Strobl uses regional, fresh and biological products to create exquisite, unconventional and healthy specialties. The fine mixture between typical South Tyrolean recipes and International specialties is newly interpreted with his personal ideas and a touch of creativity.

It is our highest priority to use only natural and biological ingredients. We want to know their origin and cultivation. For this reason meat, vegetables and fruits are directly bought from small farms of the area. Franz Josef knows how to spoil your palate. Every week is dedicated to another product, depending on what our garden and nature have to offer. Traditional recipes are presented as new, creative and healthy dishes. On request our chef is glad to create delicious vegetarian meals, or menus for special requirements as gluten free, lactose free or diabetes.
